It is Arca’s software for advanced laser marking control, integrated with the customer’s information system. It enables layout selection and compilation of the data set to be marked, with the following alternative modes:

• AUTOMATIC MARKING: no operator intervention. Using a “queuing” function, the customer (typically a supervisor) can set up a list of items/orders to be processed sequentially. Alternatively, the program allows the identification of the graphics to be marked by automatically selecting one or more variable data (but also the marking layout itself) according to a set of different “identifying elements” detected by the field, i.e., ., data strings sent from the customer’s management systemPLC or other devices (code reader, weights, clocks, sensors, etc.).
• SEMIAUTOMATIC MARKING: rapid operator intervention, limited only to imputation of item/order code to be marked or scanning of related bar code.
• MANUAL MARKING: by the operator (typing in all data). Useful when setting up machine or making samples.
