Laser engraving on the raw component is a complex marking as there is some quality degradation caused by subsequent treatments. By using high-performance laser markers, however, it is possible to enable complete traceability at all times. Arca’s laser markers are placed at the exit of the mold, so laser engraving of components is extremely qualitative, thus ensuring readability of the DataMatrix code even after invasive processes such as sandblasting or shot peening.
